These terms and conditions, subject to changes, apply directly or indirectly to all our services. You can familiarize yourself with them online, through any mobile devices, via email, or by phone. By accessing, browsing, and using our (mobile) website and/or any of our applications, regardless of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below.
Hotel accommodation prices are subject to change at any time and may be influenced by hotel occupancy and demand during different periods of the year. All prices for hotel accommodation in the reservation platform include VAT. The price for your stay is guaranteed after completing the reservation process and receiving a confirmation with a reservation number and prepayment.
The final price selected by you is per night for the specific room, including breakfast and dinner, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, use of sun loungers and umbrellas, access to pools (including the children's pool), and 9% VAT. In the event that during your stay you use additional services not listed in the description of the selected room type and offer (such as consumption in restaurants, minibar, etc.), these must be paid for at the hotel.
Promotional prices for hotel accommodation, which are non-refundable, offer a better rate but require full prepayment for the stay online on the hotel's website using a debit or credit card. The reservation is canceled, and the paid amount is non-refundable in case of no-show on the day of check-in.
Standard free cancellation of a reservation is possible up to 7 days before the check-in date. After this period, the first night's stay is retained as a penalty.
Check-in time at "Salena Beach" hotel is after 14:00. Any arrival before this time will be accommodated according to the hotel's availability. The check-out time is 12:00. Late check-out after the standard time is subject to the hotel's availability.
Late check-out after 12:00 must be requested in advance in writing or at the hotel reception. It is confirmed subject to the hotel's availability. An additional 50% of the room rate is charged until 18:00. For further information, please contact the hotel reception directly.
Additional accommodation for children up to 4 years old is free. For children aged 5 to 12, an additional fee is charged - for "Double Room" - 60 BGN/night, and for "Triple Room" - 70 BGN/night.
"Salena Beach" hotel has parking spaces in front of the hotel, but their use is subject to the hotel's occupancy. There is a paid parking lot nearby, for which the hotel can assist.
Pets are not allowed on the premises of "Salena Beach" hotel.
Smoking in the hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. A fee of 200 BGN will be charged for additional cleaning in case of non-compliance with this requirement.
All costs for additional services not listed in the package are borne by the guests. Costs for replacement or repair of any loss or damage to the property of "Salena Beach" hotel, its furnishings, or the courtyard area caused during the stay are the responsibility of the guests. The value of the compensation depends on the damage caused and is payable immediately, in cash, at the reception.
"IT Company" Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of established abuse or force majeure circumstances. In such cases, alternative accommodation is offered to the guest for another period, maintaining the same conditions and prices.
